Hi.

I am Harjot Sokhey and I currently work out of Goa.

I am a Graphic Designer and Illustrator, and I enjoy working on projects over a variety of mediums. I am also a Furniture and Interior Designer and like to integrate elements and learning from both fields.

I have an Under-Graduate Diploma in Graphic Design, from

National Institute of Advertising, New Delhi a Post-Graduate Diploma in Interior Space and Furniture Design, from MIT Institute of Design, Pune. I also have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Tourism Studies.

I have experience working in advertising at Contract Advertising, Gurgaon and Ogilvy & Mather, Mumbai, where I worked on several brands like Hindware, TenSports, Vodafone, Vaango and SBI. I also designed furniture and lighting for Sahil & Sarthak. I have also worked with Oyo Rooms doing several interior design as well as graphic design projects. Besides the above, I have been freelancing since 2019, doing projects both in interiors as well as graphics. Datwani Developers, Lotus Industries (Sweet Nation, Nanbai), Swan Hospitality are some of the companies I have worked with while freelancing.

I love being active and outdoors and most of my influences come from the experiences I've had. I have a deep interest in marine life, birding and even gardening, and these have led to a new found interest in insects as well. It amazes me, how much we don't know about nature and I'm curious to keep learning more.
